Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of IntroVerDuce, a service provided by Saulwall Technologies.
By accessing or using IntroVerDuce, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.
The Service
IntroVerDuce allows users to create personal introductions and personas and, where supported, publish or share those personas with others.
IntroVerDuce is currently provided free of charge. Saulwall Technologies may introduce premium features, paid functionality, or other changes to the service in the future.
Accounts and Authentication
Certain IntroVerDuce functionality requires authentication using Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access IntroVerDuce and for activity carried out through your account.
You must provide accurate information where information is required to create or maintain your account.
User Content
You retain responsibility for the information, text, links, and other content you enter into your personas.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share content you include in a persona.
You must not use IntroVerDuce to publish or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise violates applicable law.
Publishing and Sharing Personas
You control whether you publish or share a persona using the sharing functionality provided by IntroVerDuce.
You should assume that information included in a shared persona may be viewed by anyone who obtains access to the shared URL or otherwise satisfies the applicable access requirements.
Access controls such as expiration periods or PIN protection may be provided for shared personas. These controls reduce unintended access but cannot guarantee that information will not be copied or redistributed after it has been viewed.
You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate to publish or share.
External Links
IntroVerDuce permits users to include links to third-party websites and services in their personas.
Saulwall Technologies does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or services linked from user-created personas.
Acceptable Use
You must use IntroVerDuce lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not use IntroVerDuce to violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others.
- Do not knowingly publish content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use automated or abusive methods to access the service in a way that places unreasonable load on the service.
Voluntary Contributions
Saulwall Technologies may provide an optional facility allowing users to make voluntary contributions through Razorpay.
Contributions are voluntary and are not required to use the core free version of IntroVerDuce.
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and may be subject to Razorpay's own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
IntroVerDuce, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Saulwall Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Saulwall Technologies intellectual property to you.
Use of User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to IntroVerDuce, subject to any rights held by third parties.
By using functionality that requires Saulwall Technologies to store, process, or display your content, you grant Saulwall Technologies the limited rights necessary to operate that functionality, including storing, processing, displaying, and transmitting the content as required to provide the service.
This permission does not give Saulwall Technologies ownership of your personal content.
Service Availability
We aim to keep IntroVerDuce available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical reasons, business reasons, or compliance with law.
Suspension and Termination
Saulwall Technologies may suspend or terminate access to IntroVerDuce where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates a security risk, or where required by law.
You may stop using IntroVerDuce at any time.
Disclaimers
IntroVerDuce is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Saulwall Technologies does not guarantee that IntroVerDuce will meet every user's particular requirements or that content created or shared through the service will always be preserved or available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saulwall Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of IntroVerDuce.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Saulwall Technologies may update these Terms from time to time as IntroVerDuce evolves or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will become effective when published with an updated effective date, unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Saulwall Technologies and the jurisdiction in which it operates, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
