Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Saulwall Technologies collects, uses, and protects information in connection with IntroVerDuce.
IntroVerDuce is designed to let users create and share personal introductions and personas. We aim to collect and retain only the information needed to provide the service and maintain user accounts.
Information We Collect
Google account information
When you sign in using Google, we receive information from Google that is necessary to create and manage your IntroVerDuce account. This may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, and username or other account information made available through the authentication process.
Information you provide
IntroVerDuce allows you to create a personal persona that may contain information such as your name, city, contact information, descriptions, and links to external websites or profiles. You decide what information to enter and whether to publish or share it.
Shared persona information
When you choose to publish or share a persona, the information required to provide that shared persona is transmitted to our cloud infrastructure and stored so that it can be accessed through the sharing functionality.
Voluntary payments
IntroVerDuce may provide an optional facility for users to make voluntary contributions through Razorpay. Payment details are processed by Razorpay according to its own privacy practices. Saulwall Technologies does not need to receive or store your complete payment card, bank account, or UPI credentials to provide this functionality.
Information We Do Not Currently Collect
IntroVerDuce does not currently use analytics services or advertising trackers.
IntroVerDuce does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking purposes.
Information entered into a persona is not ordinarily transmitted to Saulwall Technologies merely because you create or edit that persona locally. Information is transmitted when necessary to provide functionality you explicitly use, such as publishing or sharing a persona.
How We Use Information
We use account information to authenticate users, create and maintain IntroVerDuce accounts, and provide account-related functionality.
We use information associated with published personas to provide the sharing and public-access functionality requested by the user.
We may use information where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve IntroVerDuce, comply with applicable law, or protect the rights and security of Saulwall Technologies, our users, and others.
Local and Cloud Storage
IntroVerDuce may store persona information locally in your browser or device so that you can create and manage your personas.
When you choose to publish or share a persona, relevant information is stored in cloud infrastructure operated using services provided by Cloudflare. Shared persona data may be stored in Cloudflare D1 for the purpose of serving the shared persona.
Account-related information is stored using infrastructure provided by Turso.
Sharing and Public Information
IntroVerDuce gives you control over whether you publish or share a persona. If you choose to share a persona, the information included in that persona may be accessible to other people through the shared URL or other access mechanism you enable.
Shared personas may be subject to access controls such as a limited sharing period or PIN protection, depending on the functionality available at the time.
You should not include information in a shared persona that you do not want other people to see.
Once information has been shared, we cannot control copies, screenshots, recordings, or redistribution made by people who obtain access to it.
Third-Party Services
IntroVerDuce uses third-party services to provide parts of its functionality, including Google for authentication, Turso for account-related data storage, and Cloudflare for cloud infrastructure and shared persona functionality.
Optional voluntary payments may be processed through Razorpay.
These providers may process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
External Links
Personas may contain links to websites, social profiles, or other services operated by third parties. Saulwall Technologies does not control those external services and is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of third-party services before providing them with personal information.
Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain your account and provide the service, or as otherwise required by law.
Information associated with shared personas may be retained for the period necessary to provide the sharing functionality and any applicable access period.
We may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.
Security
Saulwall Technologies takes reasonable measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of transmission, storage, or internet access can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security of information.
Your Choices and Requests
You can choose what information to include in your persona and whether to publish or share it.
You may contact us regarding questions or requests concerning your personal information or IntroVerDuce account.
Children's Privacy
IntroVerDuce is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to IntroVerDuce, our practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the beginning of this policy. Your continued use of IntroVerDuce after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes use subject to the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
